About Flames of the forest
One of the world's most ancient rainforest of North Queensland, about 10 minutes from Port Douglas is Flames of the Forest. It is a beautiful and quiet place for outdoor weddings, and its black silk lined marquee can be used for a romantic or extravagant wedding reception. Flame of the Forest, which began operation in 2002, is a perfect destinational venue for couples who would like to have a private forest wedding. The dosage of the entertainment is also up to guests as this venue has no noise restrictions. The enchanting night look of the Forest makes it an ideal place for evening cocktail receptions.
Flame of the Forest is used for outdoor receptions either during the day and at night.
• The open space can be used for exchanging your wedding vows, followed by your wedding reception. It is a wide carved-out part in the Forest that can accommodate a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 800 guests.
