Goolabri has 5 unique venues to accommodate your guests on your big day.
• The Garden Room Chapel has an intimate vibe for wedding ceremonies. It has exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows which allows your guests to enjoy a stunning outlook while you exchange your vows. The chapel can accommodate about 60 seated guests and 60 to 150 standing guests.
• Wedgetail pavilion is a large white Marquee amidst the hillside. This spacious reception venue has a wooden deck that overlooks the bushland and can accommodate 120 to 450 seated guests, and 120 - 1000 standing guests. Wedgetail has a festive atmosphere, with a wide dance floor, space for a live band, and colourful lightings.
• A ceremony lawn is a place where you can exchange your vows amidst manicured gardens. A canopy is available on the lawn where your guests can relax in the shade while enjoying the bushland and grassy hill views. It is also lovely for canapes and pre-dinner drinks and can accommodate up to 60 seated guests and 80 to 200 standing guests.
• The Wren, which has a relaxed and cozy environment, is a rustic restaurant ideal for your wedding reception. It can accommodate up to 120 seated guests and 160 guests, seated or standing.
• You can also enjoy an outdoor wedding ceremony amidst the gardens and trees within Goolabri. Goolabri grounds can accommodate up to 450 guests for your event.

Goolabri has a rustic decorative style, with common decorations such as strands of string lights, colourful flowers, white linens, ribbons on pews, table and chairs covers, and centrepieces. You are also encouraged to come with your decorations and flowers if desired.

• Goolabri has a team of professional caterers that can handle the food need of your event. The most common menu Goolabri offers is a 5-course degustation menu for every guest; this means if your guests do not like one menu, they can relax knowing that 4 more courses are available.
• There are also options of 3 course and 4-course menus.
• Third-party catering is not allowed.
