There are three main function rooms in the East Fremantle Club. These are called the River Room, Ward Room, and Observation Deck/Lounge. Each of these capacious options offers striking views of the sparkling river waters.

• The River Room has a capacity of 100 guests in a buffet-style event, which can be increased to 150 in a cocktail-style party.
• The Ward Room, on the other hand, is better for smaller and intimate gatherings. It has a capacity of 75 to 100 guests only.
• The Observation Deck can accommodate around 50 guests in a cocktail style, while the Lounge has a capacity of 75 people in a cocktail-style event.
• Couples can also combine all or either of the three rooms to create a larger space for entertaining the guests. This can take the capacity up to 180 to 300 guests.

East Fremantle Club focuses on catering to everything the couples need for their special day. And this includes providing remarkable decoration services. If you need, the venue can provide printed menus, a cake table, gift table, guest seating arrangements, and a grading table. Moreover, the tables will be decorated with black or white linen cloth.

However, if you need anything else, you may contact external suppliers and vendors. You will have to inform the venue about the same and get the provider approved. Also, you should clear external decorative items within the first 24hrs of the event conclusion.

The East Fremantle Yacht Club serves a delicious 3-course buffet meal that includes entree, main course, and dessert. There are multiple beverage packages available for couples to choose from. A Coffee & Tea Station can be set on the venue for the guests.
