About Mona Farm

Mona Farms offers a farm wedding unlike any other and only an hour's drive from Canberra, three hours from Sydney, it is in New South Wales’ Southern Tablelands. Mona Farm features 124 acres which are exclusively available to the entire wedding party during a booking duration. Featuring award-winning gardens, historic guest houses, and a purpose-built reception venue, Mona Farm is perfect for a romantic country wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

● The ceremony caters to up to 40 seated guests with a magnificent wedding arch, aisle, and bentwood guest chairs. Spaces for ceremonies include the marquee, chapel, Ring of Trees, Homestead lawn, Croquet lawn, and Crabapple lawn.
● The Woodshed caters to 150 guests and showcases spectacular views towards Mt Gillamatong. It was once the farm’s original shearing shed and a historic building that has been beautifully renovated as a purpose-built wedding reception venue. It features original wooden floors, a vaulted ceiling, state of an art bar plus a fully equipped kitchen.

Brides can choose their garden layout plan as well as reception layout, choice of linens, plates that range from white to coloured stoneware, chairs, and colours of the linen with more than 16 different colour options. Centrepieces are provided, and you have more than a dozen to choose from while colour options are also available.
