About Glen Ewin Estate
Glen Ewin Estate is just five minutes away from Adelaide suburbs, located 25 minutes northeast of the CBD. Glen Ewin is a unique heritage winery founded in 1843, well known for its quantity of jams produced under horticulturist George McEwin. The property was later bought by the Wauchope family in 1999 and built up the heritage-listed property to be a fantastic and prestigious wedding celebration venue and a centre for tourists. The wonderful garden setting, lakes, surrounded by grown trees and weeping willow, makes it the perfect venue for your wedding reception and photoshoot. Glen Ewin has two unique rustic venues where you can enjoy your special day celebration and reception. It is the ideal place for couples that love stylish weddings.
Glen Ewin Estate has two unique spaces that can cater from small gatherings to large, either intimate or exclusive cocktail style parties, banquets, etc.
• The Pulpshed
The Pulpshed is a vast and old rustic venue situated in the valley of Glen Ewin Estate. The perfect outdoor venue is snuggled among old stone buildings, lawns, woodlands, plus a vast lake. It offers a panoramic view and opportunities to take lovely photos. It has a capacity of up to 450 guests.
• The Gatehouse
Al-Ru farm recently added a gatehouse to the estate. It is situated in the top valley of the property with beautiful views of the countryside surrounding it. The venue has large glass doors that lead to the deck that overlooks the lovely lake. It is indeed the ideal venue for your wedding reception, with a capacity to hold up to 75 guests.
