About Warragul Reception and Conference Centre

Warragul Reception and Conference Centre is at the Warragul Country Club which in the heart of Gippsland. The country club and golf course on which the country club is situated is 45 minutes’ drive from Traralgon, 40 minutes from Berwick, and 50 minutes from Cranbourne. Whichever route you take for a country-wedding with the picturesque golf course backdrop your reception will stand out.

Facilities and Capacity

Country Club Dining Room caters to 200 cocktail styles receptions or 120 seated guests. This room overlooks the expansive golf course with gorgeous trees, and green hills and décor is contemporary and radiates luxury. The space is flexible for choosing a floor plan in conjunction with a professional wedding planner. The bridal table is a long table that seats ten guests. Guest tables are round and large to accommodate up to ten at a table. White table linen plus napkins and beautiful dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery are included, tables with fairy lights and flowers, plus personalized place cards and menus for each guest.

You also have an option for the premium package that includes alternating mains, plated entrees, arrival canapes, roaming deserts. Another menu is deluxe, but brides can arrange for a menu tasting.
