Penelope Carrick is the founder of Celebrations by Penelope, a marriage celebrant company based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. She is an award-winning (South Australian Civil Marriage Celebrant Winner 2018 and Runner-Up 2019 awards) celebrant fully deserving her awards for her dedication to the profession.

Educated at Annesley College, Penelope has been a highly experienced celebrant since 2012. She has clocked over 400 weddings completing the ceremonies to the full satisfaction of wedding couples and their families. Her vast and varied experience has made her an expert in conducting summer and winter weddings to perfection. She has also gained expertise in choosing wonderful ceremony music for the occasion, choosing a witness and writing vows. She is at heart a people’s person amply evidenced by her love for her family comprising husband and two children.
