Krista had experienced other careers as a secondary drama teacher and an event manager before becoming a marriage celebrant. Her interest has always been in creativity, and she finds being a wedding celebrant is a very creative hobby as each ceremony is different from the next. She loves to design ceremonies that have meaning, originality and flair. She believes every story is unique, and she loves to portray that unique story at the wedding ceremony. She is into her 12th year as a wedding celebrant, and her professionalism has only increased as she keeps adding to her tally of wedding ceremonies.

Krista started her marriage celebrancy career on Fraser Island in 2010 and since then has developed a huge network of wedding couples who said their vows in front of her to be legalised by her. She loves her profession because it has allowed her to expand friendship across a whole spectrum of love birds in absolute love with each other.
