Before becoming a celebrant, Helen used to work as a magician. Her father — Arthur Coghlan — was also a magician, and she started working as his onstage assistant at 15. But she started learning magic tricks on her own, and she quickly became a top magician in her own right.
As a magician, she has won many awards, appeared on national TV shows, and even performed with world-famous magicians Penn & Teller. She also performed Houdini’s famous Water Torture Escape, making her the first woman ever to do so.
Though she still enjoys doing magic, she has also fallen in love with the celebrant profession. For that reason, she got registered as a celebrant, and she brings fun and excitement into every wedding she officiants.

Helen offers several services for wedding ceremonies, such as unlimited communication for planning purposes, preparation and lodgement of requirements, and a copy of your ceremony in a folder. Aside from that, she also includes travelling costs if your wedding is set within the Gold Coast area.
Aside from weddings, Helen also conducts renewal of vows.
