Helen Murray — a Celebrant, is a marriage celebrant based in the Gold Coast area. Helen believes that every wedding is different from each other, and she aims to make every ceremony stand out through various vows, poems, and readings. She mostly officiates ceremonies on Gold Coast, but she will travel to other places in Australia if need be.
For more than two decades now, Helen Murray has worked in the hospitality industry. This experience led her to realize that she has a natural talent for making people feel comfortable. As a result, in 2004, she registered as a celebrant, and she has presided over many weddings ever since.
As of right now, she is part of the Alliance of Civil Celebrants of Queensland.
Before your wedding, Helen will meet with you to discuss what you want your ceremony to be like. After that first meeting, she will email you a draft of the ceremony, complete with various vows, poems, and readings. You can give your thoughts on the draft, and she will revise it if needed.
Helen will also persuade you to have a theme for your ceremony, and she allows you to have some cultural sub-ceremonies during your wedding day. She has even included a rehearsal in her price because she knows you might need it before the wedding.
