Jo Hurley is a second-generation marriage celebrant. Her father is also a marriage celebrant, and as a child, she loved watching him do his job. In particular, she loved the part where he formed warm relationships with the families and made people feel so many emotions — from laughter to affection — during the ceremony.
Because of her experience witnessing celebrations of love as she grew up, Jo decided that her dream job is to become a celebrant herself.
