Vicki Papazaharias own Adixions Cake & Chocolates. Vicki is mostly self-taught, but she has also attended a cake course at Plant Cake in Sydney and a macaron class in France. She began her career by experimenting with the chocolates and making truffles that she used to take to her work, which got some little orders. A friend of hers asked to prepare a wedding cake, and that’s how her journey started. She loves to make custom cakes for weddings and other special occasions.
