Owned by Nicholas Pelekis, French pastry chef, who began his career as a graphic designer and having a sweet tooth got trained in International Culinary and Design. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and has been a world pastry chef travelling to different parts of the world. He has a rich and varied experience of working in hotels, 6-star resorts and cruise liners working his magic. He and his team offer customized cakes of various patterns and designs to tell your story the way you want to, whether it is your first date or the proposal, Nicholas will tell your story through his cakes, making sure that every detail is captured and memory shared.
