She is a vastly experienced cake artist specializing in sugar art and cake decoration. Her work has been recognized when she has won many blue ribbons at the Royal Hobart Show for sugar flowers, cookies, cupcakes, buttercream, and Best in Show for Lambeth style piping.

Elizabeth has had varied experiences before her entry into wedding cake making. She was a pediatric nurse and worked in antique auctions while always pursuing her cake decoration and sugar art hobby. She has continuously upgraded her skills by taking up relevant courses. Lots of children have admired her for her wonderful sugar flowers and sugar art. She is delighted to serve her young customers with remarkable 3D figures, which they adore.
