Luscious Me is a cake and dessert shop serving the city of Newcastle. They are the creator of superb quality cakes and desserts that can delight your mood on the big day. They work together with you to create your dream wedding cake ranging from traditional to modern or creating any particular theme, using fine quality ingredients that deliver an amazing taste. The special part of Luscious Me is that they handcraft the cakes to ensure no two cakes look similar at a wedding or any special occasion.

Luscious Me is run and owned by Apinya Evans. She has completed her diploma in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok, Thailand, a piped buttercream floral decoration course in Korea, and a fruit carving course in Thailand. Since then, she has baked more than hundreds of spectacular and unique wedding cakes and has won various awards. For instance, she came first place in the Annual Wollongong Baking Show in 2015 and 2017, Macaron Section in 2016, Gateau Section in 2018.
