Baked Couture Cakes is a wedding cake artistry and decoration service based in Picton, NSW. Marcelle is the owner and principal wedding cake artist and decorator. She offers a range of custom-made wedding cakes handcrafted to perfection. She offers wedding cake and decoration services in Southern Highlands, MacArthur, Wollongong, Camden, Wollondilly, and Surrounds.
Marcelle loved to bake cakes from a young age. She started in 2009 with a cupcake stall in the local market and built up the business to morph into a wedding cake and decoration service. She also started baking cakes for other special occasions. She is of the firm belief that baking cakes is an art form and therefore taught herself to become an excellent cake artist. She soon learned that fresh and best ingredients, along with time and attention to detail, would be the route to a successful wedding cake business. She thus has earned an enviable record of baking hundreds of cakes for her customers.
Marcelle pays immense attention to detail, and therefore her services are meticulous:
• She offers wedding cakes designed beautifully, and her customers become her friend for life, celebrating milestones with more anniversary cakes made by her
• She offers triple-layered wedding cakes with filling matching flavours and covered in Swiss meringue buttercream, ganache or fondant
• She offers a variety of mud cake flavours, including dark chocolate, caramel, passionfruit and coconut raspberry, to name a few
• She offers ganache fillings in a variety of flavours
She offers cakes with other flavours such as marble, orange and poppyseed, and cookies and cream. She also offers different types of fillings such as lemon, orange, and coconut.
Marcelle is a much-liked wedding cake artist and decorator. Her excellence has been recognized by being on the awards list many times and featured in select publications.
