David Mason is the director at Kraut N' About and has more than 35 years of experience in the catering and hospitality firm. David has previously held senior Executive Chef and Catering Management positions with Hotels, Clubs, and Fine Dining Restaurants.

He then found Dorrington Fine Foods in 2015 and, after acquiring its flagship operations, gave birth to Kraut N' About in 2017.

David has had a lifelong passion for food, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and a great sense of humour to his service delivery. Besides, he is highly regarded by his staff, clients, and colleagues, thanks to his can-do attitude and engaging personality.

Kraut N' About brings mouth-watering traditional German cuisine short and snappy meal options of Bavarian bites. They also offer other unique dishes, including slaw and pickled cucumber (V), Sweet potato frikadellen (rissoles) with garden salad, garden salad, lemon, sea salt, and roasted pork hock with mash potato, rohtkohl (sauerkraut) and demi-glace.

Besides, they usually serve three dishes, including their signature burger and Chicken breast schnitzel with pickled cucumber, mayonnaise on a Kaiser roll, cheese, coleslaw, and Chicken Schnitzel Burger.
