They are one of Byron Bay's leading caterers because of their attention to detail, impeccable service, and approach to everything they do with the highest standards. Their catering professionals are dedicated to their passion for food and serving.
Anise Event Catering was established in 2012 by two good friends who came together with a passion for providing the local catering industry with a restaurant-style experience of exceptional food and service. Brendon and Remy set out with a perspective that was both intimate and personal and reflective of the two's combined strengths and equal in their vision. Over the past seven years, Anise has been at the heart of several beautiful weddings and inspired events, each special to the team in its way.
The uniqueness of each of their clients is what drives their passion for food, and they strive to tailor their service to each event's personality. Their menus are created with their client's vision, which begins with getting to know them. Anise Event Catering is the only catering ambassador for the "Good Fish Project" and adheres to the AMCF Good Fish Guide for buying and utilizing sustainable seafood.
