About Cornwallis House
Cornwallis House - bespoke weddings, events and small group accommodation.
DIY / Dry Hire Package - affordable and flexible. You can save money by using your own suppliers. They have the house, the venue, views, furniture, equipment, lighting and some decorations, and you do everything else YOUR WAY.
Located just outside Windsor, a one hour drive from Sydney CBD.
Situated absolute riverfront (Hawkesbury River) with fantastic views over the semi rural countryside.
Large 2 storey Queenslander style house offers accommodation for up to 8 people (in 4 king size bedrooms each with own ensuite) as well as a downstairs function room for the wedding.
The wedding package includes 3 nights accommodation for up to 8 people (except on public holiday long weekends and the Xmas / New Year peak period).
Also included is full and exclusive use of the house, grounds, and all of the furniture and equipment you'll need.
They can do weddings for up to 60 guests, through to 300 guests.
Most of their guests set up for the wedding to be outside, on the lawns, under the stars , overlooking the river. It's only if it's raining or windy when you'd need to move inside.
The function room will hold 80 - 90 seated for a sit-down type of reception, or 120 for a cocktail style.
You can add a marquee to the booking and hold as many as you like, up to 300 is not a problem.
The package also includes hired items such as a prestige outdoor toilet unit and a portable cool room for your drinks.
The house sleeps 8 people, in 4 large king size bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite bathroom.
Three bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom downstairs.
The large upstairs open plan room contains a full kitchen with island bench, large dining table with 8 chairs, large lounge area that seats 8 in comfort. This room flows out on to the massive wraparound verandah with a large outdoor dining area complete with 4 burner gas bbq and a sunken spa bath.
