About Cloudland
Cloudland, which is originally a bar & restaurant, is a luxury wedding venue located in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. It offers you multiple venues ranging from family-style dinings to crowded weddings to have your wedding ceremony and reception in. With its Italian restaurant, exceptional service, and stunning decor, Cloudland is the wedding venue that you will fall in love with as you celebrate your special day stress-free.
There are specifically designed 6 event spaces ranging from small wedding rooms to big rooms in Cloudland.
● The Rose Room is provided with its elegance up to 700 guests cocktail-style, and 400 banquet-style.
● The Rainbow Room is offering indoor & outdoor spaces for up to 300 guests banquet style or 700 guests cocktail-style.
● The glamorous Alice Room is suitable for up to 220 guests for cocktail and up to 120 seated guests.
● The Heritage Room is for functions and cocktail parties having a contemporary setting. It has a capacity of 100 guests banquet style or 250 cocktail-style.
● The Moon Room is the grand dining room suitable for wedding receptions and lunch or dinners. It can accommodate up to 120 guests banquet style or 220 guests cocktail style.
● The Cellar is an intimate event space for wedding receptions, ideal for up to 40 guests banquet style or 120 guests cocktail-style.
● Cloudland provides you with an expert Wedding Executive who helps you curate the perfect package for your wedding.
● Furniture that suits the design and layout, including everything from dining tables to chairs, gift tables, break-out furniture, and more are provided.
● The in-house wedding coordinator takes care of all the coordination on a special day.
● Photography packages are also available to capture all the memories of your special day.
● Floral decorations and styling as per your preferences are also provided by Cloudland.
● All audio-video equipment is available. In-house dance floors can also be arranged as required.
● You can curate the perfect dining experience for your guests, including everything from cocktail-style to buffet meals, live carts and stations, and more.
● You can customize a beverage package to include a large selection of wines and spirits.
● A self-service coffee and tea station is also provided for the duration of the event.
Wedding night accommodation at a suite is complimentary with particular packages, provided either at the Ovolo Hotel in Fortitude Valley or at an alternate venue if it is not available. It also includes a complimentary mini-bar, breakfast, late-checkout by 1 PM, and sparkling wine.
