Springlake Hotel has 5 function spaces that cater to a variety of events and capacity:
● The Boulevard offers a floating ceiling with beautiful chandeliers and a bushland background. This room can cater for up to 70 guests seated or 120 cocktail style.
● Avenue is another room with similar decor as Boulevard, but with panelled timber bar and an earthy feel. It can also accommodate up to 70 guests seated or 120 cocktail style.
● The Grand Pavilion is the largest event space which is obtained by combining the Avenue and Boulevard Rooms. You can host a celebration with up to 230 guests seated or 600 cocktail-style.
● The Balcony overlooks the Spring Lake, attached to the lounge and restaurant. This space is ideal for intimate celebrations and cocktail parties, having a capacity of up to 50 guests seated or 60 cocktail style.
● The Grand Foyer is ideal for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. This area can accommodate 50 seated guests or 250 cocktail style.

● Wireless microphone with audio system and wifi are included in all function rooms.
● A DJ can also be arranged for the event if required.
● Room setups and pack downs are taken care of by the professional staff of the Springlake Hotel.
● Room hire is only until midnight, with the balcony and Marquee having restrictions of being available only until 10:30 PM.
● Photo Booth is available at an additional cost.

Basic theming, including sashes, chair covers, furniture skirting, vases, and tea light candles are included in the wedding package. You can also get personalized menus and wishing wells. You can also speak to the events team for special theming and venue styling. Even the smallest of items like getting napkins of a specific colour can be provided.

● Choose from a canape platter which can have anywhere from 4 to 12 canapes.
● You can have a set menu or create a buffet-style meal for your guests.
● Special menus for children and those with dietary restrictions are also available.
● Beverage packages can be created as per the duration, including a selection of house wines and local beers with non-alcoholic beverages.
