Hedge Farm is situated just an hour from Melbourne, in the stunning Macedon Ranges. It is a rustic, quirky, and charming wedding venue offering rural spaces for your wedding ceremony and reception. Apart from the rustic rooms, there is quirky accommodation, which means you do not need to leave Hedge Farm after the wedding formalities. With the various unique spaces around the property, the staff is excited to create the perfect ambience for small, intimate, and grand weddings. The charm of the old buildings and rolling lush gardens make Hedge Farm perfect for every couple looking to celebrate a country wedding.
Hedge Farm offers exclusive use of its property and grounds, which provides a wide range of spaces available for you to choose from. These spaces are:
• Ceremony
You can choose to get married in the Rose Garden for a rustic and intimate wedding ceremony, which offers a stunningly natural and colourful backdrop, or chose The Gallery Chapel or Stable, which provides an old-world charm and atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. The Stable is an original building with roughhewn timber walls and a dirt floor. Weddings at The Gallery Chapel and the Stable can be booked for 100 seated guests.
• The Barn and Courtyard
The Barn is a rustic building featuring a rustic stone fireplace and timber walls, which offers a relaxed atmosphere of the past era. You can either choose to host your guests under the shade of the plane tree or inside the rustic Barn filled with character. The Barn has a timber bar that offers the perfect spot where your guests can enjoy quality drinks.

Hedge Farm accommodates any wedding style you might prefer, either casual, boho, vintage, contemporary elegant, country-style, etc. The rustic charm and stunning features make it perfect for your special day.
Hedge Farm has a unique approach to food catering. It can either be organized by Hedge Farm, or you can arrange your own catering.
• Hedge Farm provides casual food from its Food Train or organizes a professional caterer to work onsite in its kitchen at an affordable price that depends on your options.
• Couples can choose their caterer or Food Truck, which must have safety supervision and food handling certification and also registered. The commercial kitchen at Hedge Farm is available for hire for your choice of caterer to use.
Hedge Farm is a licensed venue and doesn’t permit BYO. It offers various beverage packages to choose from, including the bar staff.
Hedge Farm offers onsite accommodation services at their Merino Station for the newly wedded couple. Being a converted railway station, it is one of the best country-style retreats on offer. It offers open fires, electric heating, a queen-size bed, a hand-made designer bath, a large veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast hamper of farm produce goodies and a flat-screen TV with DVDs.
