About King Parrot Cottages and Event Centre
King Parrot Cottages and events centre is a 200-acre property situated on the northern side of the Pennyroyal Valley in Victoria. It is far an hour from Geelong and just 25 minutes drive from Lorne. King Parrot Cottages & Event Centre is a winner of Editor Choice Awards at 2018 wedding diaries. It is a destination to get away from your hectic life into a peaceful environment. The venue plays hosts to family holidays, picnics, weddings, and sometimes for some corporate events.
The weddings organized at this venue are entirely different from the hustle and bustle saw in other wedding venues.
• You can select a unique forest setup for your wedding ceremony or take the Pennyroyal valley in the background and organize your wedding. You can accommodate around 150 to 200 standing guests for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
• If you want an indoor setup, you can choose the Lodge and hall complex. The indoor design can fit in 80 sited guests and a few standing guests if you want a larger space then there a prominent place outside the hall which can accommodate 150 guests.
• A walk through the entire venue

• Options include either sit down dinner or a cocktail type celebration
Your guests can spend the next two nights at the cottages and the surrounding rainforest campground. These are part and parcel of our wedding package. The cabins can accommodate around 70 guests, and the remaining will be provided other accommodation nearby. The guests can enjoy different activities and events organized at the venue during their stay.
