The Pier Geelong is located 250 meters out in the water in Cunningham Victoria. The venue is an indoor setup that allows for a 360-degree view of the sea. You can see scintillating sunsets and occasional glimpses of dolphins jumping in the water. It has the distinction of being the largest built centre on the waterfront. In 2019, Pier Geelong was announced as the best wedding venue in the Geelong Wedding Business Awards Reception Venue of the Year along with being approved as the academy partner of the Australian Bridal Industry. It is an all-season destination for weddings, business events, and other special occasions.

Facilities and Capacity

At Pier Geelong there are three venues where you’re wedding ceremonies along with receptions can take place. These Venues can accommodate 20-1000 people. In certain exceptional cases, the size of these rooms can be adjusted for privacy.

• Lilias Room: This room includes the terrace and is wholly made up of glass ceiling and glass sides. This room has a capacity of 160 seated guests. The window slides can be lifted if you want to feel the ocean breeze. This room provides a beautiful view of the beach.
• Hopetoun Room: The wedding ceremonies in this room usually take place at the time of sunset. This room can accommodate up to 260 seated guests. The proceedings from the ceremony to the reception will move without your guests, even knowing.
