About Midginbil Eco Resort
Weddings, groups, retreats and school camps are welcome!
A unique, destination venue offering accommodation for over 180 guests.
With a variety of accommodation & catering options, DIY, 3-day wedding packages & self-catering options for specialty groups, retreats & events.
They have two dining areas on the property, the barn & the original 1906 homestead dining room & deck.
The property boasts a spectacular 400 acres, with views out to the escarpments of the heritage-listed “Night Cap” National Park. Surrounded by lush, green sub-tropical rainforest, a have a solar-heated pool, tennis court & volleyball net & space to explore & connect in nature.
They host medium to large group bookings only and do not take individual bookings.

DIY wedding - however, they do provide a comprehensive information package on organizing your wedding.
DIY, but with the help of the natural environment as a stunning backdrop with relaxing sounds of nature. You can decorate exactly as you choose, as little or as extravagant as you wish. The barn is your blank canvas. They do provide timber trestle tables and bench seats, you can hire chairs if you prefer. There are also fairy lights, festoon lights and fluro lights in the barn and outside in the barn extension. The decor is completely up to you!
A wedding celebration at Midginbil spans over a fabulous 3 days to truly enjoy time with your family & friends. They provide all the supplementary meals and accommodation, that your guests pay for and you only pay the venue hire fee, which gives you & your guests exclusive use of the resort for 3-4 days. The wedding reception at the barn is DIY, created by you and your vendors, for your perfect wedding!
