About Pear Ridge
Pear Ridge is in Margate at 1683 Channel Highway with beautiful gardens and an eclectic building. The flexibility offered gives you an opportunity for a garden wedding and reception with plenty of endless space opportunities. It is under 20 minutes from Hobart, making it easy for travelling guests to overnight in Hobart.
• The garden ceremony caters to 200 seated guests with a magnificent wedding arch, aisle, and Chiavari guest chairs.
• The garden reception can be held under the Pear Arbor, on the lawns with umbrellas, or a large garden marquee.
• The dining room caters to 70 seated guests for an intimate and casual reception. It is filled with natural light that streams in from the open door that extends the dining room to the sunny balcony overlooking the expansive gardens.
