About The Palais Theatre Franklin
The Palais Theatre Franklin is a well-maintained, more than a century old historic building located in Franklin, Tasmania. The theatre has a federal and art deco style architecture and offers a perfect setting for your wedding ceremonies.
The Palais Theatre Franklin offers three facilities to hold your reception.
● Palais Main Hall is a large polished wooden floor area that includes a medium-sized stage at the head side. The site offers seated arrangements for up to 150 guests—the guest capacity changes as per the style of seating arrangements preferred by the clients.
● Palais Supper Room is ideal for small to medium gatherings, is made accessible by a staircase from the theatre foyer.
● Additionally, there is the Noni Carr Room best for meetings of 8 to 10 people.
● The stage with sound system and video projection for hire

● Public liability insurance
The Main Hall has sky blue and golden colour walls and ceiling. The Hall room looks already decorated for the vibrant hues on the walls. The attractive banquet set-up, linen covers, and fairy bulbs alongside wedding flowers are enough to dress up the rooms. The Supper Room upstairs has a vintage look with a fireplace and brown interiors and requires some matched decor items.
● The Palais Theatre does not offer in-house catering so you can bring your own caterer. However, you can take assistance from them while choosing a catering team.
● There are bar facilities in the Palais Supper Room and the Noni Carr Room.
