About Briar Ridge Vineyard
Briar Ridge does not only have one of the Mount View region's best views, but it is also the largest and most established vineyards with a large number of award-winning wines. At an altitude of between 130 to 180 meters, the temperatures are more relaxed than in the rest of Hunter Valley, making the climate ideal for a country wedding. It is a combination of romantic winery setting with stunning natural backdrops that Hunter Valley has to offer.

Briar Ridge Vineyard is classy and elegant and includes an adjoining terrace. A head table for a bridal couple with a grand backdrop and luxury table linen. Guests have long tables with tableware plus linen. Also, ceremony packages include classed wooden church pews, singing table, wedding signing table, bridal arch, aisle runner at your chosen spot.
While Briar Ridge Vineyard does not permit third-party catering or does its catering, they use only on a five-star facility to provide their delectable food. The highly acclaimed Hunter Valley Bistro Molines offers their tremendous wedding menu packages and special menus while also allowing menu tasting. Menus range from cocktail style canapes to formal four-course dinners.
