Caves Coastal and Bungalows is located on the east of Lake Macquarie. The location is just perfect and within close reach to major cities like 1 hour north of Sydney, 40 minutes south of New Castle and only 45 minutes from Hunter Valley, making it ideal for an easy-to-reach, yet far from the cites hustle, beachside wedding venue.

The Caves Coastal entertains a small to a large number of wedding guests and equally caters to your choice of the wedding type, simple, intimate, or extraordinarily lavish. Get the decoration and make your dreams and desires for this special day come true with our very professional and super friendly wedding coordinators. The venues available for your big day are the deck, beach, or the dark side.

Facilities and Capacity

Package 1 Ceremony-That caters to seat 30 guests and is available Monday through Thursday. Choose either the Boardwalk beach or the Hilltop ceremony location. The best part is the flexible ceremony timing option.

This package's booking terms require you to pay a non-refundable fee 7 days before the set date. Instalment options are also available.

Package 2 Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package-Offers seating for up to 30 guests and is available Fridays and Saturdays. It offers a choice between the Boardwalk beach and the Hilltop ceremony location. For the reception, get the wedding coordinator for the day. Have access to the AV with the microphone, projector, and screen.

The booking terms remain the same as the above. An instalment option is available for this too.

Package 3 Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package Sunday- Most of the services and facilities remain the same, except for Sunday weddings. This package offers a bump in and out with vendors and 5 hours of reception room hire and the kitchen staff's service during set up and wrap up of the event.

Apart from the three wedding ceremony and reception packages, the Caves Coastal Bar and Bungalows also offer the Wedding party accommodation package to help your guests relax and enjoy longer.
