About Forget Me Not Weddings
It is hard to find venues that can capably manage large-scale events, without compromising attention to details. Forget Me Not Weddings, Sydney, is one such venue, that aptly balances both the complexity of managing a grand event, and creating an intimate and lovely environment for the guests. The mystical and romantic landscape adds to the appeal of this venue as a wedding destination.
Spread across 100 acres of private property in the hinterland, Forget Me Not Weddings venue is a cloistered and isolated space, away from the city’s hustle and bustle. However, it is not hard to access, as it is only a 10-minute drive away from Byron Bay and the nearby boutique town of Bangalow. There are two primary event spaces within the venue:
● The main venue has a hosting capacity of 200 guests for grand receptions and celebrations. The site can be morphed according to the preference of guests. The cattle, horses, can frame tipi or Marquee, and the farm's post and rail fence. The site comes with a toilet block, and the backdrop becomes particularly beautiful during night time, with sparkling stars and rustic, country-like landscape.
● The venue also comprises an undercover deck, just adjacent to the homestead pool. This space can easily accommodate 36 seated guests and 50 guests in a cocktail-style setting. Perfect for hosting smaller, more intimate ceremonies.
● The surrounding landscape of the venue is marvellous. Be it inside the prize-winning gardens, under the thick shade of trees, or near the sublime lake filled with water lilies. There are plenty of dreamlike ceremonial spots for couples.

Even though the venue does not have in-house catering, it offers a spectrum of great choices, regarding catering services. Clients can choose any one of the excellent caterers within the Byron Bay area. The venue also provides recommendations of brilliant caterers in the area. There is the availability of Forget Me Not Farm Cottages. These are four beautifully designed and decorated country cottages, three of which have two bedrooms, whereas one is a one-bedroom cottage, ideal for the bride and groom.
All cottages overlook the spectacular view of running waterways and farmland. The driveway is bitumen, enabling easy access. Also, 1-bedroom accommodation at the homestead can easily accommodate 2-4 guests; hence, the bridal party can easily stay and prepare for the big day.
