Established in 1987, the family-owned Ballara Receptions is known for its professionalism, making the wedding and any other event worthy of the money. Gardens make way for a brilliant reception venue, and the garden wedding venue of Ballara is just the place to be. Tucked into the foothills of the Yarra Valley, the Ballara Receptions wedding venue is a lovely estate that takes you to the Victorian era. Whether it is the chapel wedding that you want or a wedding in nature, and you can make your choice at Ballara Receptions. Along with a reception hall, the venue also features aesthetically planned outdoor spaces for gathering, weeping willows, a stunning gazebo overlooking the picturesque lake, and more.

Facilities and Capacity

There are six different locations to choose from to hold your ceremony. From a picturesque lake for a background in a gazebo, a courtyard, a lakeside jetty, stunningly maintained gardens to a wonderfully built chapel, there are many places to choose from.
● The seating capacity of the chapel is up to 100 people sit down, and 60 people can stand.
● The gazebo has 60 guest capacity and a standing room in which 100 guests can accommodate.
● The courtyard’s guest capacity is up to 60 people sit down plus 100 people standing.
● The garden can accommodate up to 30 people sit down plus 30 people standing.
They also offer a variety of wedding packages to meet with the expectations of the bride and groom. You can choose between the high tea, grazing, sit down, and cocktail wedding packages and have a wedding reception in the grandiose ballroom of the manor.
The ballroom comes in complete splendour with sparkling chandeliers, windows overlooking the gardens, and the large dance floor in the centre, ready to enchant you.
There are also plenty of picturesque backdrops to capture the beautiful moments on camera. Be it the beautiful waterfall or the night shot with fairy lights, Ballara Reception Wedding photos make sure that your day is as beautiful as you want it to be.

The packages are customized to match the expectations of the bride and the groom to ensure that their dream wedding is what they get.
● They offer the service of a bride host, who will serve as a personal assistant to the bride and the groom until the wedding is over and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
● Lectern, microphone for speeches with in-house background system that can be connected to an iPod.
● The entire venue has heating and cooling with an exclusive suite for brides.

Decoration

● All the locations at the venue are decorated with aisle flowers and bows.
● There is a red carpet at the entrance of the chapel. The chapel is decorated with aisle flowers, bows, and 4 floral pillars.
● Decoration of the gazebo has a rustic atmosphere which includes aisle flowers, bows, red carpet aisle, 2 vine barrels, and night time lights.

In-House Catering
