Facilities and Capacity

There are four different rooms at the Russo Estate wedding venue where couples can sit down and enjoy the wedding celebrations.
• Vine Room has a stand-up capacity for 100 guests, and it can accommodate 20 guests for a seated dinner. The Vine room is situated in an underground space and constructed from a shipping container. The vine room comes with a private bar and has accessibility to the gardens and the waterfall.
• The Restaurant is a more contemporary and flexible space that can accommodate 12 guests for each round table. The restaurant boasts of floor-to-ceiling windows that look to the beautiful vineyards.
• Dining Terrace can accommodate 120 seated guests and 270 standing guests. It overlooks the 3 tier waterfall and the vineyards. Also, the terrace has a majestic backdrop of Mount Macedon ranges, wildlife, and wetlands.
• Outlook Terrace has a seated capacity for 80 guests and up to 100 standing guests. Space has a marquee style and overlooks the ranges, wetlands, and wildlife. It also boasts clear views of the whole venue, and it is also ideal for all weather.
• Copper Bar and Lounge are perfect for drinks and canapes with a capacity for 200 stand-up guests. This space is situated at the main dining space and features a copper wall fireplace. Besides, the lounge comes with wine barrels used as tabletops.

Decoration

The Russo Estate includes decor materials in their wedding packages. These inclusions include white tablecloths for each table, white chair covers, and a red carpet. Wooden centrepieces are also included for every table. Couples can also add their selection of flowers, rose petals, and candles.

The sit-down menu includes couples selecting a two-course meal, three-course meal, or a four-course meal. Also, couples can choose their preferred drinks, canapes, etc.

Accommodation

Russo Estate has seven classic domes and two honeymoon domes. Classic domes have queen-size beds, and honeymoon domes have king-size beds. These domes are fully furnished, and linen, towels, slippers, and soaps are provided. Couples can find anything they wanted in these areas.
