This venue has a covered pavilion, cocktails, and canapes, thus hosting small and large outdoor weddings. The venue also provides receptions for visitors worldwide who wish to keep their stay secret and intimate. This venue is usually opened from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 am to 11:30 Am, with all social distancing and hygiene measures in place.
Caloundra Power Boat Club is suitable to host large or small outdoor wedding ceremonies, intimate receptions, birthdays, engagement, seminars, and more;
● The Pelicans room features a dance floor area with a stage and a fully stocked bar. This venue can accommodate 130-seated guests, 200-theatre style, and 300-standing guests.
● The Dolphins room features a fixed dance floor and a fully stocked bar. This venue accommodates 100-seated guests, 150-theatre style, 50-U shape style, and 200-standing guests.
● A Waves room can accommodate 50-seated guests, 100-theatre style, 26-U shape style, and 80-standing guests.
● There is further an outdoor Gazebo that can accommodate up to 100-seated guests. With the magnificent water views of the Pumicestone Passage surrounding the venue, you and your guests can take as many photos as you want for your special day.
