The Head Chef of Thirteen Hats Speciality Catering is Dean Matthews. He started his career as an 18-year-old in 1985 and immediately realised he had a passion for cooking. He worked as an apprentice under Greg Brown at Restaurant Paysan before becoming Head Chef at Warrenmang Vineyard Resort for eight years.
