Taco emerged as Hobart's first food truck in 2013 because of an idea formed while working together and by using an old truck in Dad's backyard. They have been part of many great festivals, catered many weddings, and made a lot of friends along the way. The team genuinely enjoys their work and hopes to change people's perceptions of the quality of food that can be served from the back of a truck.

Over the last eight years, Taco Taco has catered for various events, from large-scale festivals like Falls Festival to small backyard birthday parties and numerous weddings. Since then, they have built a second truck out of a vintage 1974 Bedford, which they use for catering while keeping the original truck for street locations and large festivals. With over 20 years of experience as a Chef, Matt, the owner of this firm, ensures to provide the best quality food on your special day.

Taco's food is packed with flavour and perfect for a cocktail-style wedding, or opt for their Mexican feast option for a sit-down meal. They are flexible with their offerings and eager to collaborate with you to make your day as easy as possible. Moreover, they can cater to all dietary requirements.
