Elke Travers had worked in different restaurants and hotels, such as Bennelong at Bastille" in France, Italian and French Riviera, and the Hotel Äqua in Lorne before she established Bite Size Catering. She currently lectures at one of Sydney's leading cooking schools and works on her recipe book.
