The founder of Blushing Beauty Lounge is a self-taught makeup artist, Nita Jayesh Hirani, who came top three in the Perth Hair and Makeup Artist Awards held in August 2016. She was also awarded in August 2016 as the 2nd runner-up in the Modern Bride Category in the Face to Face awards at Sydney Beauty Expo.
Nita was recently a recipient of the Advanced Certificate from the Perth Makeup Academy. To qualify for such an award, the recipient must display proficiency in special effects, airbrush, runway, and beauty-inspired looks, along with finishing monitored and timed assessments throughout the intensive course.
In addition to all these achievements, she has also worked with a lot of Perth-based professional photographers. More so, photos of her works have been used for advertising purposes.
Having also worked with numerous brides, she has been exposed to varying skin tones, and this has helped build her expertise in using different shades and colours for her makeup.
