Edinburgh Hotel and Cellars is situated 10 minutes from Adelaide City centre. It is located in Mitcham Village on one of the original outlying settlements in South Australia. SA Company first sectioned it in 1840. Edinburgh specializes in boutique weddings, which are individually designed to ensure your wedding day is a memorable one. With premium wine cellar and innovative cuisine, Edinburgh is an ideal wedding destination. The Hotel is surrounded by lush gardens, which offer a perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.
Edinburgh boasts a garden and function spaces, each having its unique features and space capacity.
• Cellars Garden
The Cellars Garden is an expansive grassed area surrounded by pergolas, vines, and sumptuous gardens, providing a backdrop for your wedding ceremony, including picturesque photo opportunities. This private garden features 20 chairs with covers and sashes and a signing table. Flower arrangement and additional decorations can also be organized upon request.
• The High Street Room
The High Street Room is a flexible, intimate room that opens onto the verandah. It features a well-furnished private bar. The room can accommodate 70 guests in a cocktail style event or 44 seated guests.
• The Victorian Room
The Victorian Room is a well-designed, private room that features a private bar, elaborate fireplaces, chandeliers, with a remote entry straight from High Street. The room can accommodate a minimum of 50 guests and a maximum of 110 guests cocktail style.
• The Pavilion
The Pavilion is enclosed by floor to ceiling glass, which oversees the Hotel garden. It features wooden floorboards, natural bright lights, ceiling fans, etc. The room can accommodate a minimum of 80 guests and a maximum of 110 guests. If your guests are more than 110, the verandah will contain up to 150 guests at an extra cost.
