A unique experience awaits you as you hold your wedding ceremony in Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo. Located in the beautiful Adelaide parklands with Botanic Park and the Adelaide Botanic Garden, it wraps you up with the natural environment and gives an incredible backdrop for photography.
The Sanctuary Catering & Events team provides premium services and high-quality catering for your special day. Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo can host your indoor weddings and other functions such as engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and bridal showers.
Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo has three function rooms for wedding ceremonies.
• The Attenborough Room is a large space with the floor to ceiling windows on the north and west sides, with doors leading to the outside terrace and giving fantastic views across the Adelaide Zoo. It can accommodate a minimum of 240 and a maximum of 280 guests.
• The Goodall Room is a quiet bridal retreat with a small private terrace and overlooks the Giant Panda enclosure. It can accommodate a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60 guests.
• The Durrell Gallery has a full-length window that takes in the view across the Botanic Park and a peaceful waterfront. It can accommodate a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 250 guests.
