A perfect wedding location in far north Queensland is the Billabong Kuranda. Billabong is a unique event centre located in the tropical rainforest of Kuranda, half an hour's drive from Palm Cove. It is an unforgettable and unique venue for hosting a range of events such as weddings, camps, and other celebrations. As a rainforest, Billabong Kuranda has turtles, butterflies, kangaroos, and many other animals. It also has a custom-made deck on which couples exchange their wedding vows. Couples who are adventurous would appreciate this woodland venue because of the exciting memories they will leave with.
The custom-made timber deck, the vast forest land, and the waterfront can be used for that perfect wedding you have always wanted. Indoor and outdoor weddings can be held at the Billabong Kuranda and can host a maximum of 500 guests.
● Surrounded by greenery, Billabong Saloon is a suitable venue for a wide variety of entertainment. The venue includes a full-size performance stage and water and coffee/tea station. When it is used as an indoor venue, it has a capacity of up to 300 seated guests and more for standing ones. When it is used as an outdoor open-air venue, it can accommodate 500 seated guests and more for cocktails.
