Waters Edge has a restaurant used for indoor wedding receptions and a lakefront venue for outdoor wedding ceremonies.
• The reception room has a sophisticated and luxurious interior alongside floor to ceiling windows which allow enough natural light to come in. Your guests can enjoy an excellent lake view from this intimately set function room that can accommodate a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 100 guests.

There are a four-course degustation menu and a la carte which reflects Waters Edge use of seasonal produce.Entrees include Himalayan spices octopus, honeycomb tart, ham hock, and pea puree. Mains such as spices cured confit duck leg, butternut pumpkin and harissa puree, barley risotto. Desserts like apple chips, sweetened red beans, Kahlua jelly, and matcha pannacotta can be served. Third-party catering is not allowed.
