About Capri
Capri is located at 258 Pakington St, Geelong West, Victoria, and it has been part of the Geelong events industry for the past four decades. The new venue has been renovated to meet the needs of the new generation. However, some aspects of the past have still be maintained, like the ornate ceiling roses combined with stained glass windows.
Capri is located in the middle of Geelong and can host your weddings most elegantly. It has three event areas where you can celebrate your wedding.
• The Berkley room: This room can accommodate 80 guests for a sit-down dinner and about 100 guests for a cocktail type reception. The room has some classic architectural features along with a touch of modern engineering.
• The Ballroom: The Ballroom is an architectural masterclass with ornate ceilings roses along with parquetry flooring. This room can accommodate 200 guests for a sit-down dinner and 300 guests for a cocktail style parties. Before entering the Ballroom, your guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the garden area or the terrace. The Ballroom also has a glamouring dance floor, which your guests can enjoy all night long.
• The Grand Ballroom: For a grand occasion or if you are expecting a huge crowd the partition between the Berkley room and the Ballroom can be removed to form the Grand Ballroom. It can accommodate around 400 guests.
