About Lovedale Wedding Chapel & Reception
Lovedale is an apt name for an extraordinary wedding venue set in a boutique vineyard in the Hunter Valley area of Lovedale. With views of the Brokenback and Watagans ranges, it is a peaceful and picturesque intimate country wedding venue. The 27-acre estate offers an all-in-one package as it is both a wedding ceremony plus reception as well as accommodation. The Wedding Chapel was built in 2004 while the reception hall was only added in 2014 for a complete country wedding. The venue accepts all races and nationalities and any religious denomination as well as civil ceremonies.
• The Lovedale Chapel looks like a typical old-style country church with its pews handcrafted and offering seating to 108 guests. The exterior is a white-washed building with a warm interior with plenty of exposed wooden beams that compliments the wooden pews. The chapel’s forecourt overlooks a gazebo and dam while next to the vineyard for brilliant photo opportunities.
• Banquet hall caters up to 200 guests with exposed wood ceilings and beams covered with bushy flowers and greenery and fairy light. A substantial black canvas that allows you to choose the table layout and design. Plenty of space allows for a large dance floor plus a place for a live band or DJ. The head table and your guests are elegantly draped in luxurious table linen and all dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery.
