About Plaza Ballroom
The Plaza Ballroom is a wedding venue that is considered one of the most historic venues situated in Collins Street. This wedding venue can host any event, including weddings, special functions, corporate events, and more. This property was initially constructed in 1929, but it has undergone refurbishments to make it a grand and luxurious wedding venue. It was awarded as the ‘Venue Caterer of the Year’ in the Restaurant and Catering awards.
The Plaza Ballroom wedding venue has a historic attribute to it because it was constructed in 1929. It was, however, restored to make it the now the grand venue for your dream wedding. Nevertheless, the ancient Spanish Rococo architectural designs have been maintained, making the venue have a little bit of old charm and a modern touch. This venue is also flexible enough in that the arrangements can be configured to host a wedding with guests ranging from 150 to 450.
