Located on 6,000 sqm, in the Port Melbourne industrial precinct, The Timber Yard is a landmark Melbourne venue of unprecedented size and event flexibility. The site has been restored, remaining true to its heritage of second-hand timber storage and fabrication. The Timber Yard is an urban sanctuary designed to bring the flavour and personality of the country into the city.
They cater to all types of events including Corporate, Private, Expos, Markets, Weddings and Live music. The in-house AV team can also assist you, to deliver complete end-to-end production services such as draping, staging, presentations, concerts and all your lighting requirements to really elevate your event.
At The Timberyard, you get exclusive access to the venue for your event, including allocated time for bump-in and bump-out.
It can host up to 1500 people, which can be spread across various unique spaces that include both indoor and outdoor.
The Timber Yard offers two sophisticated spaces for reception and private parties and business meetings.
The Warehouse is a large enclosed space decorated with timber and surrounded by lush green grasses. It is perfect for the wedding celebration and can accommodate up to 1000 seated guests and 1500 guests in cocktail style.
The Yard is an ideal outdoor area for enjoying cocktails and canapes in a lush. The vibrant garden setting is perfect for exchanging vows. It has a capacity of up to 750 seated guests and 1500 guests in cocktail style.
