About Perth Town Hall
Perth Town Hall is located on the corner of Hay and Barrack streets in Perth, Western Australia. It was built in 1870, Australia’s only Gothic-style town hall. This extraordinary historical heritage hall is the ideal place preferring gothic-style on the celebration. This venue also has an award-winning restoration.
This venue can be described as such an antique, aesthetics and modern place. This restored heritage venue has a 15-metre cathedral ceiling, polished jarrah floors, Juliet balcony and stained-glass windows. It has four different event spaces to host weddings, cocktails.
● The wedding venue can host up to 240 guests for a banquet and 200 guests with a dance floor. Also, can host up to 340 guests for theatre style and up to 400 guests for cocktails.
● Main Hall is 21m x 12.8m and can accommodate from 80 to 300 guests.
● The Supper Room is 20m x 4.5m and can be suitable for medium capacity.
● Lower Foyer is15m x 12m accommodates 60 seated guests, and there is an additional space for 40 standing guests.
● Two hundred fifty chairs available and the remainder must be hired from a third-party supplier.
● There are indoor and outdoor wedding venues.
● You can bring your BYO catering service.
● There are well-equipped prep kitchen, a stage with a curtain, essential stage lighting, and coloured house lighting for effects.
● There is paid parking service. The closest car parks are Pier Street, between Murray and Wellington Streets. Also, Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace and Perth Concert Hall, Terrace Road.
● Music is limited until 12 AM.
● Celebrations taking place in the gardens of the City of Perth can use the Town Hall for free as a backup venue in case of rain.
