Rothwood Homestays is proud of the most affordable garden wedding venues within the Perth area and only 20 minutes from the city centre. Rothwood Homestays transformed the old homestead in 2013 with beautiful restorations. It is a five acres property with a fruit tree orchard, lush green paddocks, a babbling brook, a Bali gazebo, huge deck area with an outdoor swimming pool. The main house is a combination of nostalgic and old quirky rustic ambience with modern furniture, artwork, and decoration. It is a perfect wedding venue for the modern bride that wants a rustic, stylish combination.

Rothwood Homestays is a black canvas for the bride that wants both a garden ceremony plus a garden reception. Say your vows under large gum trees, next to the creek or the gorgeous swimming pool, or beside the fruit tree orchard. Choose where you want your gazebo or marquee set up and use the large brick barbeque as part of an outdoor barbeque wedding reception. All tables and chairs are provided, while the venue also features garden furniture. The reception and ceremony spaces have a capacity of 100 guests.

Elegant garden furniture provides an idyllic and rustic ambience to the venue. Decoration includes festoon lighting, wine barrels, several arbours, red carpet, rustic bench and a signing table and pallet tables.

The house does not offer an in-house catering service. However, it has a fully equipped modern kitchen that allows you to do your catering or enable third-party caterers to use large fridges and freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, and more.

The restored homestead contains four bedrooms offering a nostalgic and rustic ambience to your accommodations. The bedrooms are modern with polished Jarrah flooring, timber blinds, flat-screen TVs, and contemporary bathrooms.
