A large number of Buffet options include a silver buffet that has items like aged eye fillet, honey-glazed burnt orange smoke ham, and baker baskets. Gourmet three-course options include roast duck breast, grilled calamari, prawn and salmon ceviche, grilled lamb cutlets, prime veal cutlets, marinated snapper filler, Petuna ocean trout, tandoori king prawns, and much more. All menus are freshly prepared on the deck while you are on board.
