In addition to its impressive animal collection, the zoo also features Australia's largest Reptile and Nocturnal House and an aquarium. Furthermore, the zoo provides a unique wedding experience, with picturesque habitats and animal encounters exclusive to the venue.
The zoo is situated on 26 hectares in Bungarribee, New South Wales, and offers breathtaking views of the lion exhibit for a sunset wedding ceremony, a champagne toast amidst the reptiles or aquatic creatures, or an enchanting reception under illuminated trees among playful primates.
Lion Deck: This private oasis boasts breathtaking views of the African savannah and the lion brothers. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, and sunset packages, Lion Deck can accommodate up to 300 guests for a cocktail event and 250 guests for a buffet.
Primate Boulevard: Set among illuminated trees and playful primates, this area provides a relaxed ambiance for cocktail events and can accommodate up to 500 guests.
Zoo Entrance: The zoo entrance building can be transformed into a great space for hosting welcome drinks with background entertainment. Suitable for cocktail events, it can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Aquarium: This unique space offers after-hours viewing of penguins, shark tanks, and other aquatic life, making it an ideal location for small, intimate groups or as a walk-through addition to your event. The Aquarium can accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail events.
Reptile House: If you're looking to add an unusual or scaly aspect to your function, the Reptile House is an excellent option. Boasting Australia's largest reptile and nocturnal house, this space can accommodate up to 200 guests for cocktail receptions.
Harvey Norman Amphitheatre: Featuring a large screen with laptop connectivity and a relaxed grass seating area, this amphitheater is perfect for presentations or showcases. It can accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail events and theater-style seating. The Harvey Norman Amphitheatre is available to add on to your function as part of a day booking.
