Started in June 2015, The Boathouse Shelly Beach Sydney is a fun, full of natural light, and modern wedding venue. If you like wide-open spaces and beachfront weddings, then this is the perfect location for you! The venue has been restored to offer a chic and contemporary feel to the guests. There are several ceremony spots that you can use to transform it according to your dream wedding.
There are four main ceremony options for the couples to choose from at The Boathouse Shelly Beach Sydney.
● The Upstairs Sit-Down option offers ample space for hosting around 60 guests in the upper level of the venue. You will be treated with a panoramic view of the waters and garden boardwalk entrance. This is perfect for organising the evening, slow/ romantic, and low-lit weddings.
● This Upstairs option can be modified to a Canape feature to accommodate 120 guests during the event. Other than capacity and facilities, the rest is the same as covered in the Sit-Down option.
● The Downstairs Canape-style option provides services for 200 guests.
● The last Downstairs Sit-Down option is a large room that looks over to the beautiful Shelly Beach. This is the perfect spot for having a proper sit-down wedding with 80 Guests.
● To organise the Boathouse Shelly Beach Wedding, the venue will provide a skilled events team along with an on-site manager.
● Both these will help you in planning and managing the ceremonies successfully.
● Premium hire for 5 hours to manage the ceremony.
● All guests will receive a welcome bar service upon arrival.
● They can use the Shelly Beach council car park to park their vehicles securely for the event.
Offering modern architecture and style to the venue, the couples can decorate the space with their choice of supplies. This will include flower arrangements, dance floor, tables, chairs, etc. Any other extra item will be made available on request. Furthermore, a casual seating area will be included in the wedding package.
